- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Only giving one star because NONE isn't an option! These people obviously hate their jobs and their lives! I have never encountered such miserable people with terrible attitudes! They NEVER answer the telephone and the only reason I call is because I hate to have to face them in person! It's clear there is no accountability in this office as the "manager" was a complete jerk with an attitude over something as simple as asking about a tracking # update! They need some serious customer service skills or to be fired!!!! They would not make it in the real world very long!!By Brad Lingerfelt, April 01, 2017
